1. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to or using PracticeOS ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a healthcare practice or company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
2. Description of Service
PracticeOS provides software tools including automated artificial intelligence voice call answering, messaging dispatch, patient appointment scheduling sync, and operational dashboards. PracticeOS is an administrative and operational technology platform and does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment decisions, or medical advice.
3. Clinic Responsibilities
Subscribing clinics are responsible for maintaining accurate clinical protocols, procedure details, pricing information, and provider availability programmed into the AI system. The clinic is solely responsible for clinical care delivered to patients.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Services are billed on a recurring monthly subscription basis via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard billing portal. Refunds are provided in accordance with our 14-day risk-free trial policy.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
